"In entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed. But he said to them "do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth who was crucified. HE IS RISEN! He is not here."
Philippines
This is the church that joined the Refuge New Life Organization. While Ron was in the Philippines they had a service to welcome this church and its congregation into the organization. The presence of God was powerful and many were healed, touched and set free by the Spirit of God.
Here are some of the testimonies we have received from the Pastors and Leaders Conferences titled "Being Conformed to the Image of Christ"
1. "I am so blessed in this conference because our church comes to the point that our attention focuses on material blessings. Our mind is on earth and not on above. My plan now is to raise new disciples, prayer warriors, conduct prayer and fasting and evangelism."
2. "I am so blessed in this conference. It teaches me how to pray more. I have learned a prayerful servant of God is powerful. I have learned so much from the messages I have heard."
3. "In this conference I was so blessed especially by the messages that were brought to us by our speakers. I was revived in my prayer time and prayer and fasting."
4. "I was so blessed attending the conference. I learned much in a few days regarding vision, ministry and prayer. Thanks be to God for using Apostle Ron Gartner and Pastor Harry Gamm."
5. "The seminar was a wake up call for us to obey the marching orders of God. The anointed speakers blessed me tremendously."
6. "I thank God that I attended the 3 day conference. It strengthened me to do my ministry work. It was all good by the grace of God."
The following is a letter that is written by one of our Campus Ministry Pastors:
"Now we have a weekly prayer and fasting schedule. Every student is assigned to fast a day each week and we meet every Friday for service. It amazes us to see the tremendous move of God in the lives of these students. We experience the wonderful presence and move of the Holy Spirit during our worship and prayer times. Our prayer warfare has intensjfied and each student has a story to tell. One has seen a vision, another dreamed of a coming revival others test j/Ied of changes taking place in their lives, and others received more burden to reach out to the lost. It was a wonderful break through that we have been praying to happen in the ministry these past few years.
Fifteen of the students attended the conference "Being Conformed to the Image of Christ" Feb 15 through 17. The students were so blessed and excited with the tremendous level of anointing they received. This started when the team passed by Dalican several days before the conference. The Holy Spirit moved mightily which ended up with everyone on the floor weeping and laughing in the presence of the Holy Ghost. Glory to God.
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Lucy"
We are arranging another surgery for a girl with a severe cleft pallet. We just received the following update explaining the progress:
"All requirements have been provided and are being prepared. Surgery will be at the Davao Medical Center. The accommodations and surgery are being provided free of charge.
Medicines will be covered by Philippine Health and we can also request assistance for the transportation cost and food allowance.
Yours in Christ,
Lyn Estrada"
In the Philippines you must pay on a daily basis for your food, medicines and bed. If you can not pay then you are released from the hospital and it does not matter what physical state you are in. So we must have all the paper work and money ready before this child goes into surgery.
Please help us pray that the Philippine Health will come through with their paper work and money.
There are so many birth defects in the Philippines. If these children were in the US they would be operated on and have any plastic surgery that they might need. Sadly that is not the case in the Philippines and many children never reach their full potential because of birth defects.
We want to help all the children that we can in the name of Jesus. It is amazing but a few hundred or thousand dollars worth of medical care will give us the ability to minister not only to the parents but to many members of the family of the love of Jesus.
This is often enough for many to give their hearts and lives to Jesus and to follow Him strongly.
Next month we will give a report of our annual conference of churches in Mexico.
We thank you for helping us to help the poor all over the world.
Thank you for your prayers and support. Ron & Bernadette Gartner
