Ron and his team ministered at a powerful conference where there was an explosion of God’s power in Cotabato City. Ron has been doing these conferences for years and as a result many Pastors and leaders from all denominations come from other cities and outlying areas. It is difficult to describe the explosion of Holy Spirit Power that occurred in the last two sessions.
The power of God fell and people were weeping, crying and falling to the floor because of the awesome presence of God. Many were healed and renewed as God’s presence swept over them.
Ron was surprised at how well the Muslims treated them on this trip. On previous trips the team could not walk the streets for fear of assassination attempts. The tide is turning in the war on terror, even among Muslims.
The Bible School is going very well. At present we have 15 students and they are all advancing. It is such a blessing to be able to train Pastors and leaders and plant churches to advance the Kingdom of God.
At a service in one of our Student Ministry Centers there was an altar call given for people to commit their lives to full time ministry. Twenty two young college students responded to the call and we expect to see many of them in the Bible School next year.
In one of the churches there was a little girl with a birth defect.
This is a poor family and the little girl has had no medical attention. We spoke to her Mother and told her we would raise the money for her daughters surgery. We learned that the Dole Pineapple Co sponsors a free clinic each year. Doctors come from the States and perform free surgeries and give other needed medical help. We were able to get this little girl on the list for the clinic and she will be treated in September. Our local Pastor will follow up and see that she gets all the medical attention she needs.

Praise the Lord, all the works, money, efforts and the tiredness never be in vain. Pastor Edwin was so excited to report that two of his members received complete healing from the Lord when you prayed for them in Kauran. A woman who has a goiter received the healing, the goiter is gone.
A baby suffering from coughing is completely healed.
A man blessed by your message send his tithes to the Church . Pastor Edwin is very excited he said last Sunday many new people attended the Church Service. I know you have been so tired but exciting that you are used by God to touched many lives, I know more good report is coming.God bless and more power to you.

The poverty that many of the people in Mindanao are forced to live with is heartbreaking. But for the Grace of God we could have been born in a house like this.
The people who live on this river use the river for washing their clothes, bathing, drinking water, a garbage dump and as their bathroom. They also fish the river for a living. Every year during typhoon season many of these homes are destroyed and the people must start over again building a home for their family.
Africa
On May 2nd we will leave for a two week ministry trip to Zimbabwe. While there we will be ministering in churches and to Pastors and leaders. Please pray for our safety as this is a politically unstable country. Also pray for our good health as there is much Malaria, poor food and water. Pray that God will make us a blessing to the people in Zimbabwe. There is so much poverty and need in Africa and we want to do what we can to help both with the Gospel and material blessings.
